Direct Media Pte. Ltd. is committed to supplying only 100% authentic, genuine branded products. Our reputation is built on trust, and we take product authenticity seriously across every transaction.
Our Commitment
Every product sold by Direct Media is sourced directly from authorised brand distributors, official brand representatives, or verified wholesale channels. We do not deal in counterfeit, replica, grey-market, or unauthorised products under any circumstances.
Source Verification
Before onboarding any supplier, we conduct thorough due diligence including verification of authorisation letters, distributor agreements, and brand certificates of authenticity where applicable. Our procurement team maintains ongoing relationships with verified supply chains to ensure continued compliance.
Product Inspection
All incoming inventory is inspected upon receipt. Our team checks packaging, serial numbers, batch codes, and product specifications against brand standards. Products that do not meet our authenticity standards are rejected and returned to the supplier immediately.
Documentation
We maintain full traceability documentation for our inventory including purchase invoices, certificates of authenticity, and import/export records. This documentation is available to clients upon request as part of due diligence for large orders.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Any supplier found to have provided counterfeit or misrepresented goods will be immediately removed from our approved supplier list and reported to the relevant brand holders. We cooperate fully with brand protection teams and law enforcement agencies.
Buyer Assurance
If you receive a product from Direct Media that you believe is not authentic, contact us immediately at info@directmedia.com.sg. We will investigate and, if the claim is substantiated, provide a full replacement or refund. Your trust is our priority.
